BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of the Meeting of May 2, 1979.

Meeting called to order as Board of Health.at 7:33 p.m. Selectmen Holdgate,
Knott, Gardner and Roger Young, as Acting Chairman, were present. Chairman
Buckingham was absent.
Gordon Mach - Variance
Letter from Health Officer, Richard Ray, recommending approval of requested
variance. MOtion made to grant approval made by Mr. Holdgate, seconded by
Mr. Knott. So voted 3-0.
Mary Frances Gildehaus - Variance
Letter from Health Officer, Richard Ray, with recommendations regarding this
variance request. Motion to approve as recommended made by Mr. Holdgate.
Seconded by Mr. Gardner. So voted 3 - O.
Theodore Cross - Subdivision
Letter from Health Officer, Richard Ray, recommending approval with stipulatio
for approval of proposed six lot subdivision. MOtion to approve as recommended
made by Mr. Holdgate. Seconded by Mr. Gardner. So voted 3 -0.

Henrietta Thomas - Subdivision
Richard Glidden, Attorney for Ms. Thomas, requested postponement of vote
until Plans are reviewed and passed by the Planning Board. MOtion made to
postpone made by Mr. Holdgate. Seconded by Mr. Gardner. So voted 3-0.
On motion made by Mr. Holdgate, seconded by Mr. Gardner, it was voted to
adjourn as Board of Health and meet as Board of Selectmen.
