Variance for H. W. Lindsay
On motion from Mr. Holdgate, second by Mr. Gardner, Board voted to approve
recommendation of Health Inspector Ray for variance on behalf of H. W. Lindsay.
This is variance from Regulation 1 of local Madaket Regulations for sewage
disposal systems requiring a minimum of 50' between leach facility and the
property line. It would improve the existing system and meet Title 5 specs
and is a hardship case. Mr. Buckingham commented that these are different from
previously-considered cases in that both variances are for existing systems.
