HomeMy WebLinkAbout1979-02-21 to 1979-03-28 .- BOARD OF HEALTH o Minutes of the Meeting of February 21. 1979 Board convened at 7:30 p.m. in the Town and County Building and considered the following: subdivision - Gilbert Verney On motion from Beach, second by Buckingham, Board approved recommendations of Health Inspector for subdivision for Gilbert Verney; there being no objections, expressed by Mr. Ray. Subdivision - John Doble On motion from Holdgate, second by Knott, Board approved recommendations of the Health Inspector for subdivision of John Doble as Ray had no objections to the plan. )n motion by Buckingham, second Health at 7:45 p.m. and meet as by Beach, it was voted Boar~ se~ee~~n. ~-~ Chairman to adjourn as Board of Minutes of the Meeting of March 14, 1979 Subdivision for Philip Murray On motion from Buckingham, second from Beach, Board voted to approve the recommendations of Health Inspector for subdivision for Philip Murray. There were no objections from the Health Inspector. Miles G. Carlisle Board approved, on motion from Buckingham, second by Knott, recommendations of Health Inspector for subdivision for Miles G. Carlisle for Tuckernuck. Also, at recommendation of Health Inspector, Board waived section 6.11, Title 5 concerning material for septic tank and approved for fiber glass, since it is more appropriate for the Tuckernuck ~~1.. ~.^~ T~r~u~ Chairman . I Minutes of the Meeting of March 28, 1979 subdivision for Dennis Dias - 15 lots approximately. Recommendations of Health Inspector: Because lots are in proximity of town sewe: lines, subdivision should be supplied with town sewerage. If not feas~ble at this time because of Sea St. pumping facility Ray strongly recommended that section 4.08 of the Nantucket Subdivisio~ Control Laws be implemented, requiring developer to install dry sewer lines and connect to tvwn sewer when system is upgraded. Mr. Clute said it was the Washington St sewer itself and not the pumping station that was overloaded. On motion fro~ Holdgate, second by Beach, Board moved to approve recommendations of Mr. Ray. HlJMK)CK POND FARMS SUBDIVISION A very lengthy discussion of the proposed subdivision for Hummock Pond Farms ~evelopment was considered, with recommendations from the Health Inspector. o " ~ -
