The following subdivisions were presented and the Board accepted the
recommendations of Health Inspector Purdy that there were no objections to
the requests for Mary Ann Egan, Nobadeer Road
Nathan and Helen Thurston, Miacomet
Sherburne Associates, Commercial Street
Minutes of the Meeting of May 31, 1978
Variance for Juli Manner was approved for Surfs ide Beach concession, as request
on recommendation of Inspector of Health Purdy. mIs/po
Minutes of the Meeting of June 14, 1978
Variance for William J. Dickson was considered. It was m/s/p to accept the
recommendations of Inspector of Health Purdy that variance be granted. There
were no objections. This was for a septic system.
Minutes of the Meeting of June 21, 1978
Subdivision off Vesper Lane for John P. Dooley was submitted. On motion from I
Beach, second from Knott, Board accepted recommendation of Purdy that the I
recommendations of D.P.W. be considered before tying into town sewer. Wm. Kleinl
did comment that it did not appear the sewer mains were sufficient to allow for
the l7-lot subdivision.
Minutes of the Meeting of June 28, 1978
On motion from Holdgate, second from Beach, Board approved recommendations of
Inspector of Health Purdy for subdivision for Andrew El Lowell, New Street.
Also, for Anne Kronenberg, off Main Street, the recommendation was to follow
whatever the Supt. of D.P.W. recommended.
Minutes of the Meeting of July 5, 1978
Board approved subdivision recommendations by Purdy for Laurence Marshall, off
Polpis Road. No objections.
Minutes of the Meeting of July 26, 1978
On motion from Buckingham, second by Beach, Board approved recommendations of
Inspector of Health Purdy for a variance in septic system for Charles G. Stackpo e,
Madaket, with stipulation that a retaining wall be constructed between the
leaching trenches and Hither Creek, as part of recommendation by Purdy.
Minutes of the meeting of August 9, 1978
Board approved recommendation of Donald Purdy to allow a subdivision for Glasser
Trust, Eat Fire Springs.
Minutes of the meeting of August 16, 1978
Board approved recommendation of Donald Purdy for variance at Quaise for
Arthur Butler.
Minutes of the meeting of August 23, 1978
Board approved recommendations of Donald Purdy for subdivision as requested by
Wilson Foss, Squam, on motion by Holdgate, second by Beach.
