VARIANCE - WILLIAM GRIEDER
~ request for a variance for replacement of an existing septic system which had
failed at the property of William Grieder, Madaket, was approved. There was no
objection from Inspector of Health, who recommended approval. On motion from
~iss Gibbs, second by Buckingham, Board approved request.
Minutes of the Meeting of January 18, 1978
SUBDIVISION - RONALD DASILVA
Board approved evaluation of Donald Purdy for subdivision requested by
Ronald DaSilva, Surfside. There were no objections from Inspector of Health.
SUBDIVISION - SHERBURNE ASSOCIATES
Board approved evaluation of Inspector of Health for subdivision requested by
Sherburne Associates, Trotts Hills. There were no objections from Purdy.
Both the above were approved on motion by Buckingham, second by Beach.
Minutes of the Meeting of February 1, 1978
A variance for septic system was approved by the Board, on motion by Buckingham,
second by Beach, for Misses Carol M. Lane and Margaret E. Kavanaugh, Mass. Ave.,
Madaket. No objections from Inspector of Health.

On motion from Norman Beach, second by George Buckingham, Board approved the
recommendation of Inspector of Health Donald Purdy for a subdivision for
James A. Driscoll. There were no objections from Mr. Purdy.

On motion from Young, second by Beach, Board approved recommendation of Health
Inspector for subdivision for John Daley, off Thurston Avenue. There were no
objections from Mr. Purdy.

Board approved variance request for Mr. and Mrs. W. MacKay, Madaket for an
existing septic system,which had fai1ed,to be replaced. No objections from
Inspector of Health.

Recommendations of Inspector of Health were approved by Board for subdivision
off Atlantic Avenue planned by Robert Murray. Motion by Buckingham, second
by Young.

Board approved recommendations of Inspector of Health for request for subdivisi
of B.A.M. Corp. Motion by Buckingham to approve, second by Beach, with Knott
abstaining because he was unfamiliar with the matter.

SUBDIVISION
Board approved recommendations of Donald Purdy for subdivision requested by
Charles Stevens at Squam. No objections.
SEWER PERMIT - DONNA HOFFMAN
Board approved request of Inspector of Health that Donna Hoffman comply with
certain requirements relative to installation of sewer system at West Chester S .
and that permit be granted if she does so comply, as this is a problem area.
