SUBDIVISION -
I THE FARM AT FISHER'S LANDING
Subdivision requested on behalf of Schofield Brothers. Inspector of Health had
no objections and Board accepted recommendation that it was approved. Miss Gibb
made a motion and it was voted that the Board inspect the percolation tests
which had been made in connection with this evaluation. Supt. Clute felt he
. needed another week in which to evaluate, as he questioned the water system and
: wanted to check the statute applicable.

VARIANCE - JANE LAMB
Board approved variance as requested by Joseph Yacus on behalf of Jane Lamb
for improvement of a septic system from 300 to 1,000 gallons. No objections
from Inspector of Health.

Board approved variance for Mrs. John Beale, Polpis Road, as requested by
John Shugrue. No objections from Inspector of Health. This is for a septic
system.
