Board approved request of Sidney and Anne Killen for subdivision at Gold Star
Drive. Report from Inspector of Health received.
Minutes of the Meeting of December 23, 1975
VARIANCE - ROGER ERNST
Board approved request from Yacus and Borchert for variance for a waste disposa
system at Monomoy on behalf of Roger Ernst. Evaluation of Inspector of Health
indicates approval is recommended.

SUBDIVISION - ABRAHAM GLASSER
Board approved request of Abraham Glasser for a subdivision at Wauwinet Road.
Evaluation from Inspector of Health indicated no health hazards.
Minutes of the Meeting of February 18, 1976
SUBDIVISION - MARY J. CASSADAY
Upon recommendation of Inspector of Health, approval for subdivision of
Mary J. Cassaday, Quidnet, was withheld until completion of sub-surface soil
tests and percolation tests.
SUBIHVISION - NATIIAN THURSTON
Upon evaluation of Inspector of Health, application for subdivision off
Appleton Road by Mr. Nathan Thurston was approved by Board.
Minutes of the Meeting of March 17, 1976
SUBDIVISION - MARY CASSADY
Board approved request for subdivision of Mary Cassady at Quidnet. Evaluation
of Inspector of Health indicated no objections.
BABESIOSIS
A letter from Dr. Gustave Dammin, Harvard Medical School, suggested the public
health notice on babesiosis be issued again, with information added as to the
facts found last summer. Dr. Dammin offered to draft a new notice and the
Board felt this was a good idea, voting to proceed along those lines.
