Driscoll, for septic system at Madaket to be installed on lots 49 and 50, with the well to be installed on lot 98. Sewer pipe to be installed from lot 98 under Oklahoma Ave. to lots 49 and 50. July 16. 1975 VARIANCE - ROBERT HASSOLD Request for variance was received from John Shugrue on behalf of his client, Robert Hassold, for property in Madaket. Request was denied because the Board felt they should not open up variances in the Madaket area. In this instance, it would not be possible to locate the leaching field 50 feet or more from a property line without the variance. July 23, 1975 SUBDIVISION - KERMIT ROOSEVELT Board accepted evaluation of Inspector of Health for subdivision plan of Kermit Roosevelt. Letter to be sent to Planning Board. July 30, 1975 VARIANCE - GERALD O'HARA Application for 15' variance at Miacomet Avenue was requested by Gerald O'Hara. The evaluation of Inspector of Health, Purdy, suggested that Mr. O'Hara and his neighbor get together to work out an agreement before variance is granted. Mr. Purdy was to contact Mr. O'Hara in this regard.
