April 10, 1975
SUBDIVISION - BARBRA J.. PETERSON & kOBERT J. 0' BRIEN
Board accepted evaluation of Inspector of Health Purdy and Mr. Jones for a
subdivision requested by Barbra J. Peterson and Robert J. O'Brien, and
approved all but Lot 1, as report indicated there were problems in regards to
installation of proper waste disposal system because of ground water level.

VARIANCE - MRS. LEEDS MITCHELL
Board approved request for a variance for Mrs. Leeds Mitchell at Po1pis for a
disposal system.
VINCENT SUBDIVISION
Board approved evaluations from Messrs. Purdy and Jones for subdivision request
of Sanborn and Priscilla Vincent.

SUBDIVISION - NANTUCKET BEACH PROPERTIES - DUDLEY LAWRENCE
Board accepted evaluation of Donald Purdy for the Sandpiper portion of a
subdivision requested by Nantucket Beach Properties, but held request for a
second, (for Milepost), until further tests could be completed. Notices to be
sent to Planning Board.

VARIANCE - CHARLES POLLAK
Request from Atty. Driscoll ~~ his client, Charles Pollak, Madaket, for a
variance to install a disposal system. Board viewed the area 6/11/75 and
Chairman Gardner said the Board'~uld-like~to disluss the request with Mr. Shugr e.
On a motion from Miss Gibbs, it was voted to have the Conservation Commission
view the area before any decision is forthcoming.

VARIANCE - CHARLES POLLAK
After viewing the area, the Conservation Comadssion felt no system should be
installed on Lots 98, 98A, 99 or 99A, but Lots 49 and 50 were o.k. Bernard
Grossman, who was present, said this letter covered only the disposal system
and the house would have to be considered at a later date. Chairman Gardner
noted that it was permissible to put the system closer to Tennessee Avenue.
