MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF FEBRUARY 27, 1974
SUBDIVISIONS - PRELIMINARY PLANS
Board reviewed preliminary subdivision plan evaluations from
Mr. Jones and Inspector of Health Purdy for the following:
Henry Coffin, Frank F. Sylvia, Nantucket Development Associates,
Myles Reis, Herbert C. Heller, Collene McGrath. Applicants have
7 months to come back with definitive plans to Planning Board.
DEFINITIVE PLAN - DONAL C. O'BRIEN
Evaluations from Messrs. Purdy and Jones were also received for
Donal C. O'Brien. Decision of Board was withheld for a week until
Inspector of Health Purdy could contact Mr. O'Brien and have some
of the matters taken care of.
