MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF FEBRUARY 6, 1974
VARIANCE
Board approved request from Schofield Bros. for a variance for
Edward Burke because existing system at Madaket had failed.
Evaluation by Inspector of Health Purdy upheld the request, as
the property could not be used if the variance not granted and it
would actually be improving a bad situation.
SUBDIVISIONS
Preliminary plans for subdivisions were received from the followin
Frank F. Sylvia for 30 lots
Nantucket Development Associates for 55 lots
Colleen McGrath for 25 lots
Donal O'Brien for 22 lots, only 15 of which are buildable
Herbert Heller for 47 lots
Henry Coffin for 15 lots
The total potential of the above being 194 lots.
