BOARD OF HEALTH
MEETING OF JANUARY 9, 1974
SUBDIVISION - NANTUCKET BEACH PROPERTIES, INC.
Board reviewed the evaluations of Inspector of Health Purdy and
Mr. Robert Jones in the matter of definitive plans for subdivision I
for Nantucket Beach Properties, Inc., now Dudley B. Lawrence. .
Because of the recommendations in the reports presented, Board
denied approval and voted to forward the material to the Planning
Board for further review.
Second subdivision for Nantucket Beach Properties, Inc. was also
reviewed with recommendations by Mr. Purdy and Mr. Jones. Again,
on the basis of their findings, Board denied approval and plans
were referred to the Planning Board for further study.
