AMERICAN LEISURE HOMES SUBDIVISION
Memo received from Inspector of Health Donald Purdy regarding the
i definitive subdivision plan of American Leisure Homes in the
Hummock Pond Area, suggesting that this needs further study
relative to the wetlands. This evaluation is also made by Mr.
Jones. In a letter from the Dept. of Agriculture November 8, 1973

Planning Board for pUblic hearing which was due on December 17, 1973.
The Board approved the recommendations of the Inspector of Health .
and further agreed to forward his memo to the Planning Board.
VARIANCE - MICHAEL ANGELASTRO
The Board took under advisement request of Michael Angelastro that
I a variance be given him for property at Tristam's Landing, due
to the fact that his lot was not of sufficient size to comply with
regulations pertaining to septic tank and well distances. Board
