DAVE STREEr
Board voted to have Town Couneel correepond with David Covlee regarding hie two
ehacks on Dave Street, both of which are unfit for human habitation, asking
that Mr. Cowles come to the Selectmen's meeting of June 26, 1973 to discuss this.
BREAKERS INN
The Board requested from the Board of State Examinere of Plumbing a variance for
work done by LydIe Rickard at the Breakers Inn, the type of piping used not being
the required type. Town Counsel formulated a letter requesting this variance.
LILY POND
Board considered the problem of drainage into the Lily Pond from some of the
surrounding residences and felt it was necessary to institute testing to determin
I if ~he:e ~re, ~y of. the adjacent residences which might be causing sewage to
len-t;er thesurfaoe drain system.
PEARL SUBDIVISION
Board considered the recommendations of Gary Hess in regard to subdivision of
Charles Pearl, Jr. Letter to be forwarded to the Planning Board on this.

Board considered evaluation of Gary Hess in the matter of subdivision for
Donald MacDonald. It was voted to write the Planning Board and, in addition,
vO inform Mr. MacDonald of the evaluation and the fact that he has seven months
from the date of filing before it is necessary to submit a definitive plan.
