VARIANCES
Varieces were requested for the installation of septic systems for the follo~
three people: Stwey !mey, John R. Pearson ed Daniel G. Wheeler. Inspector
of Health, Gary Hess, presented the Board with written eTaluation of each case
and his suggestions. It was Toted to rlew all three of these areas the follonn
noon, the Board ed Mr. Hess going to the places in quetStion before a determin-
ation on Tariances is gi Ten.
SUBDIVISIONS
DefinitiTe plan for subdirlsion of Sidney Killen was discussed by the Board,
accompanied by eTaluation of Mr. Hess. The usual letter relaying Mr. Hess's
information to the Planning Board would be written.
On the request for subdivision of William Braun, it was decided to send a copy
of the findings of Mr. Hess to the deTeloper aild, further, to notify the FAA
about the proposed subdirlsion of 163 units ,because of the proximity to the
runway at the airPOrt.
I
