All members of the Board of Health, in addition Mr. JODes and Gary Hess of the
Department of Public Works, met at 11 A.M., Friday, May 18, 1973 with two
members from WM tmaD and Howard, Steven L. Dean, Geologist and Robert E. Crawforc ,
Associate to discuss the Water Quality Study in the moratorilDll area.
As a result of this meeting, the Board voted unanimously to revoke the regulatiol
adopted December 6, 1972. In lifting this moratorium, the Board also voted to
require that all new constraction be hooked into the town sewer eystem where
said system is available.
Ernest W. Pierce has a signed agreement with the D.P.W. to connect any future
development on his property to the sewer on 'Sconset Road at Pierce's own .
expense.
Meeting adjourned at 12 noon. The press was present for the last portion of the
meeting.
