It was voted to refer these to the Planning Board. BRAUN SIBDIVISION Definitive plans for subdivision proposed by William Braun were discussed and evaluations from Mr. Jones and Donald Purdy were read. It was voted to refer this to the Planning Board. Mr. Small stated he felt that both Mr. Jones and Mr. Purdy should be publicly commended for their comprehensive reports, to which the Board concurred. LICENSES FOR FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS Inspector of Health, Donald Purdy, gave the Board details on the necessary state license for food establishments and Board agreed he should proceed with the necessary processing of such forms and the compliance with state regulations in this regard. ! DWELLING - HELEN M. SCHULTZ Board sent a letter on November 9, 1973 to Mrs. Helen M. Schultz, regarding property owned by her on Hooper Farm Road, directing her to clean and secure the dwelling. Mrs. Schultz indicated she would attend to cleaning and padlocking November 21, 1973. Board gave her 30 days in which to comply before holding a public hearing on the matter.
