NINUTES OF THE MEEI'ING OF MARCH 14, 1973
BEER BOTTLES
Complaint of J. Richard Daub regarding littering and damage from shattered beer
bottles and suggestions of charging a deposit to encourage return instead of
having them become a nuisance.
SUBDIVISION
Letter from Attorney Holmes to Chairman'of Planning Board regarding the building
progressing on Atlantic Avenue for Fein, Sherman, Perlman and Discenza and the
fact that 7 houses are being built instead of the 3 applied for and that the
houses do not meet lot size and frontage requirements. Attorney Holmes' letter
requested review and revocation of present approval until further consideration
can be given to this. Board voted to talk with the Planning Board about the
matter.
PERCOLATION TESTS
Reports of percolation tests were submitted by Schofield Brothers, Inc. for
Heller subdivision on Hummock Pond Road and Frank Sylvia on Meadow View Lane.
Both areas checked out o.k.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:45 P.M.
