tflNUTES OF THE MEEl'ING OF FEBRUARY 14, 1973
SUBDIVISION PLANS
Subdivision plans were returned from Mr. Jones for the following:
Brian Holdgate: with remarks that there is no town sewer available at the site;
therefore, all plots would require individual sewage disposal works. No
approval could be given until tests are actually made on the plots shown.
Herbert C. Heller: remarks that the area will undoubtedly be satisfactory, but
no blanltet approval can be given until actual tests are made on the plots sho~m.
Further, the plans show a Proprietor's Road, which is a traveled way for
approximately 700 feet from Hummock Pond ROad and beyond that point it will be
necessary to construct a road which should, according to Mr. Jones, be done by
the developer.
ARTICLE XI - STATE SANITARY CODE
. ..,...
Attorney Campbell inquired how information could be obtained to comply \v.Lth
the State sanitary Code that a 200 foot radius be shown on maps accompanying
Disposal '1orks Construction Permits in order to locate wells, existing septic
tanks and other points when an applicant applies for a permit. 'It was stated
by Mr. Jones that many of the owners know the location of these, abutters would
know some and it would not be difficult to run tests on unknown locations to
determine same. This would be up to the property owners to have done.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:00 P.M.
