I BUILDING. PERMIT - CINQUINI AND MARQUES
Messrs. Robert Cinquini' and Robert 'Marques appeared before the Board of Health
and discussed with them, Mr. Jones, and the Building Inspector the status of
the building and septic tank installation at Orange Street. They were asked
why they proceeded to build more than the permit allowed, the original permit
being for a shop and to accommodate 2 occupants. They admitted they had a
total of 14 occupants at the present time, and were told this was not possible
because the system would not be adequate for such a number. J.fr. Marques told
the Board'that they went to the plumber to get additional permission and did
obtain it, but had not checked back with the Board because they had been told
it was not necessary to do so. Mr. Epple stated he sent them a letter in
November, 1972 and, when asked why no reply had been made to the letter, again
Mr. Marques stated he had been told it was not necessary. Attorney Glidden
spoke, expressing the hope that additional property could be obtained from
Mrs. Glowacki so the system could be expanded and parking provided. The result
of the discussion was to have Mr. JOnes oversee the installation of a system
proposed by Mr. Hess which would be adequate for the use of the property.
There was no objection to this from either Mr. Cinquini or Mr. Marques and
it was further understood that no permit could be issued until this was
accomplished.
