Applicant obtained special permit relief from t Nantucket Zoning Board of Appeals in 2006 (file 061-06). That
relief allowed applicant to demolish a pre-ex' ting cottage dwelling and construct a new dwelling in accordance
with the Historic Districts Commission ce ficate of appropriateness no. '-\ '"\. L \ \ . That special permit
allowed applicant to reconfigure lot line at 73 Squam Road.
Applicant seeks an amendment ofth special permit granted in case No. 061-06 to allow construction of the
replacement dwelling to be in conD ance with HDC certificate of appropriateness No. 51137 wherein the
design and location of the replace ent dwelling are slightly different than previously approved.
