PATTERSON BOARD OF APPEALS FILE NO. 034-03 Applicants are seeking relief by SPECIAL PERMIT under Nantucket Zoning By- law Section 139-16C(l) to reduce the side yard setback distance from ten feet to five feet in order to construct an addition to provide garage space and either more interior living space on part of the first and all of the second floor ancillary to the primary residential use, or to add a garage apartment. All other zoning requirements would be met.
