Mooney noted the res :igna tion of Mr. Hyde from the Board of Appeals since the hearins, and informed the other members t~at he had been advised by Town Counsel that the Board may act on the petition in his absence. The proPo3ed moped rental operation in this neighborhood would be a violation of this section of the Nantucket Zoning By-Law.
