Minutes and decisions of a meeting of the Board of Appeals,
July 11, 1978.
Present were members Holmes, Bartsch, and Hyde.
Holdgate appeared and stated he did not authorize any person to
file a petition in his name covering the property on Hummock Pond
Road. The chairman stated that a petition had been filed with the
signature of Michael Driscoll as attorney for the petitioner. Mr.
Holdgate stated he saw the notice in the paper and that was the
first he knew about any petition for relief. He asked the Board
to take no action on the petition.

In the matter of the petition of Sherburne Associates {018-78
Mr. Renny Stackpole appeared and stated he was the contract pur-
chaser of Lot 6, L. C. Plan No. l0752-E being a small parcel of
vacant land located at the end of Swain's Wharf (Commercial Wharf)
The tract is approximately \~OC> sq. ft. in size and is one of two
vacant areas on the Wharf.
Other parcels on the Wharf are improved with single family
dwelling units occupying 90% of the ground cover or more. The
houses are closely spaced with some sharing common walls. There
are now approximately 15 dwelling units on the Wharf.
