VI-E Prohibited Uses. all districts. Notwithstanding any other provision~~
this 'Fy-Law.

1. any building or structure or any use of any building. structure or premises
which is injurious. obnoxious. offensive. dangerous. or a nuisance to the
community or to the neighborhood through noise vibration. concussion.'
odors, fumes, smoke. gases. dust. harmful fluids or substances. danger
or fire or explosion. or other objectionable feature detrimental to the
comn1unity or neighborhood. health. safety. convenience. morals. or
welfap.e. is prohibited.
2, not more than one motor vehicle which is. and for the immediately pre-
ceding thirty-day period has been. disabled. dismantled. or inoperative. or
unregistered shall be stored or parked on any land in the town unless such
vehicle is enclosed within a building.
~~ a trailer shall not be permissible either as a principal or accessory
building and the use of a trailer for residential purposes is prohibited in
all districts.' .
A traUer may be used as a temporary office or shelter incidental to con-
struction on the lot on which the trailer is located during such time as con-
struction is actively upderway. but in no event longer than twelve months.
VI..F Height Limitation.

~xcept for roof structures forornan;lental purposes such as spires and
steeples. and except for penthouses for mechanical purposes which shall
not exceed the height limitation by more than ten (10) feet nor occupy more
than twenty-five (25) percent of the roof area. the height of buildings in all
pistl'icts shall not txceed thirty (30) feet.
