After reviewing information receive~ at the time of the hearing

after due delibertation, the Board found:

I. The locus is situated in a residenti~l area.
2. The petitioners proposed expansion will result in a sub-
stantial increase of occupational space, and the residential or
dwelling use of the premises will be incidental and secondary to
the professional or occ~pational use.

3. The proposed ~xpansion will adversely affect the general
neighborhood by causing increased vehicle traffic and pedestrian
activity.
4. There is no established condition affecting the locus
which can be regarded as a hardship.

Farm Road and to provide side line set-offs of at least three feet.
3. The subdivision will not result in any increased density,
and no additional liying unitl will be created.

The petitioner has a financial hardship.
