Present were members Holmes, Hyde, and Bartsch.
In the matter of the petition of Joseph Cabral (018-77):

torney Robert Mooney appeared for the petitioner and requested
that his application be continued for 60 days.
The request was
granted.
In the~rnatter of the petition of Nantucket Beach Properties
(019-77) :

Attorney Richard J. Glidden appeared for the petitioner
and requested that the application of Nantucket Beach Properties
be withdrawn.
The reque$t to withdraw the petition was granted.
. In the matter of the application of Porter's Bicycle Shop
(020-77) :
Mr. Stuart Porter appeared and stated he is the owner
of property at Six Broad Street, Nantucket which is used and oc-
cupied as a bicycle and moped sale and rental outlet.
He has been,
advised by the Board of Selectmen that if he desires to continue
with the moped operation.ho must obtain a special permit to oper-
ate a garage for the storage, repair, and maintenance of motor

hicles.
Mr. Porter stated that his business is in a commercial area.
The only residence in the area is an apartment over the Glidden

:: property used as a fish market. There is no night time operation,

II no gasoline is stored on the premises. . All of the operation is
