I 006-77: Attorney Richard ,Glidden appeared for the petitioner and stated the petitioner owned a five-acre lot on Chuck Hollow Road, Tom Nevers, L. C. Plan No, 5004, now zoned LUG-3. The petitioner . r is the developer of the area and desires to install two tennis courts wi th fencin,~ and an auxilliary buildi.ng not to exceed 80 owners of lots in the subdivision.
