permi t to be allowed to operate a dog grooming shop .in! a garage~":'~"~

in the rear of premises at 5 Orange Street. Mrs. Bartsch stated;':.: ~,,..-

Mrs. Bartsch stated the premises concerned are located next
to a conunercial printtng sl,1op. There will be no noise, odor or
unsightly conditions attached to the use. In addition, if this
requ/est is allowed, the special permit previously granted for
premises at Lyon Street would be surrendered and revoked.
There were no other speakers. The Chairman read a letter
\ from the Planning Board recommending the petition be granted.'"''

the neighborhood and other uses in the area.

Upon motion by Mrs. Backus and seconded, it was ~nan~ously.
voted to grant the speciai permit subject to the following:
1. The Petitioner will allow no on-premises sign advertising

the business;

2. The hours of operation will be not before 8:30 A.M.
and not later than 4:30.P.M. Monday through Saturday.
Wheref0re, the special permit is CONDITIONALLY GRANTED.
