Attending were members Holmes, Backus and Hyde.
II Mr. William Backsmith (Q12-75) presented his petition for .",:
II a varian.ce to allow the construction of a storage shed and garage
! on Lot 46 L.C. Plan 16220 N, Pocomo Road. Mr. Backsmith stated';" .1
that he owns the house on the lot and there is no storage space"
in the house. He requires a building of 26' x 28' to accomodate
II his automobiles and store various items of furniture. He presen~
I ted a plan of the proposed building showing a one and one-half
story structure of basic Cape Cod design.
In reply to a question!: from the Board concerning the size
of the new building, Mr. Backsmith stated it was necessary to
accomodate the large amount of furniture he would store.' He is
