Mr.lMrs.lMs. Mark and Germaine Roche, and all persons having notice of this order:
As owner/occupant of the premises/structures located at 15 Trotter's Ln. (Map# 67,
Parcel# 284), you are hereby notified that you are in violation of the Nantucket Zoning
Code ~139-6 and -12B(2)e and are ORDERED this date, 06/23/08, to:

1. IMMEDIA TEL Y CEASE AND DESIST all functions connected with this
violation on, or at, the above mentioned premises.

Violation
~ 139-6: operation of commercial automotive repair shop in a
residential district (Residential-l 0).
~139-12B(2): commercial automotive repair/maintenance within
the Public Wellhead Recharge District.
2. COMMENCE, within five (5) days, action to abate this violation permanently.
Summary of Action Stop all commercial use of the property.

Zoning violations may result infines of up to $300 per day, as allowed in ~139-25 of
the Zoning Code.
If you are aggrieved by this notice and order, you may show cause as to why you should

GERMAINE ROCHE AND THE REMOVAL OF Al TAXI FROM TIlE PREMISES,
NANTUCKET EMISSIONS WHICH IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY EDWARD J.
ALMEIDA JR. STARTED DOING BUSINESS, THERE HAVE NOT BEEN ANY
PROBLEMS WITII PARKING ON THE STREET IN FRONT OF THE PREMISES, NOISE
AT LATE HOURS OR ANY PROBLEMS WITH TOO MANY VEHICLES IN YARD. THE
BUSINESS IS OPEN FROM 7:30 TO 4:30 MONDAY THRU FRIDAY.
