Minutes: · November 8, 2007 · November 15,2007 A motion was made to approve both minutes of November 8, 2007 and November 15, 2007, duly seconded and voted 5-0 in favor. 0i .... IV. Public Hearings CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS: · #7084 WB Nantucket Holdings, 3 Arrowhead Drive, action deadline 02-24-07 (CONTINUED TO 12- 10-07) · #26-07 Point Breeze, 69, 71, 73, 75, 77 & 89 Easton Street/2 North Beach Street, action deadline 01- 31- 08 (CONTINUED TO 01-14-08) PENDING PUBLIC HEARINGS: · #6995 Richard & Nancy Larrabee, Millbrook Road, action deadline 01-02-08 Representing: Dan Mulloy and Arthur Reade. Mr. Reade recapped the last meeting. Next meeting a completed plan will be submitted. There was a brief discussion of the driveway being paved to twenty (20) feet. Chairman Spriggs opened the floor to the public. No comments were made. A motion was made to continue this application to December 10, 2007, duly seconded and voted 5-0 in favor. · #13-07 Hans Dalgaard, 65 Surfside Road, action deadline 01.31-08 Representing: Dan Mulloy and Arthur Reade. The applicant discussed the revised plan that was submitted to the Board. There was a brief discussion of the drainage design system. Chairman Spriggs opened floor. No comments were made. A motion was made to draft a decision for the December 10, 2007 meeting, duly seconded and voted 5-0 in favor. · #7080 Richard E. Lewis, Jr. & Sylvia I. Lewis, 37 Cato Lane, action deadline 12-28-07 Representing: Arthur Reade. Mr. Reade requested that this application be continued due to concerns from the abutters from Nashaquisett. There was a brief discussion of the parking elevation down below grade. Chairman Spriggs opened the floor to the public. Stephen Welch briefly discussed a concept landscape plan, improvements on Cato Lane and the re-grading of Cato Lane. A motion was made to continue this application to December 10, 2007, duly seconded and voted 5-0 in favor. · #34-07 Robert Kargman, 8 Mill Street, action deadline 02-24-07 Representing: Melissa Philbrick. A motion was made to consent to re-open the hearing. Chairman Spriggs seconded for an open discussion, duly seconded and voted 4-1 in favor to re-open the public hearing. (Mr. McLaughlin opposed) There was a discussion of the property being grandfathered and that the HDC approved to construct parking spaces. Mrs. Howard requested that the hedges be cut back and maintained and that the vehicles will not block the public way. A motion was made to write a positive decision and sign in the office, duly seconded and voted 5-0 in favor. · #7090 124 Old South Road, LLC (Modification), 128 Old South Road, 1 Wampanoag Way & 4 Hanabae Lane (Map 68 & 69 Parcels 966, 967, 968, 969 & 271, 272, 273, 274) action deadline 03-15-07 Representing: Richard Glidden. Chairman Spriggs opened the floor to the public. No comments were made. A motion was made to approve this application and instruct staff to write a positive decision and have the Board members sign in the office along with the ANR plan #7089, duly seconded and voted 5-0 in favor. 2 Planning Board Minutes for Monday, November 26,2007 VIII. A motion was made to approve and endorse the decision, duly seconded and voted 5-0 in favor. · #33-07 Ann R. Teasdale, 19 Teasdale Circle, action deadline 02-13-07 Representing: Sarah Alger. A motion was made to approve the decision with minor modifications as discussed, duly seconded and voted 5-0 in favor. IX. Other Business: · There was a brief discussion about meeting dates for the 2008 ATM, that on January 28th the Board of Selectmen will be adopting the warrant and that the Planning Board's recommendation are due at the end of January.
