I. Call to Order:
Chairman Michael O'Mara called the meeting to order at 1:10 P.M.
II. Approval of the Agenda:
A motion was made to approve the agenda, duly seconded and voted 4-0.
III. Old Business

Attorney Kevin Dale approached the Board and indicated that he represented the residents of
Russell's Way and the Wigwam Maintenance Trust and that he would like to see the Board
continue the hearing so that he might meet with the applicant's representatives.
The applicant's representative, Attorney Alison Zieff, voluntarily agreed to meet with Mr. Dale
and to continue the hearing to November 16th, 2007.
A motion was made (Wiley) to continue this application to November 16, 2007 at 1:00 P.M., duly
seconded (Topper) and voted 4-0 in favor.
IV. Other Business
Chairman O'Mara indicated that the Board would adjourn and travel individually to the Barrett
family's business at 21 Somerset Road to view the site as a group. No public testimony would be
taken, as it was intended to be a viewing only ofthe site.
V. Adjournment:
A motion was made (Wiley) and duly seconded (Botticelli) to adjourn the meeting at 1:26 P.M.
