Special Meeting
September 6, 2007
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM by Chairman E. Foley Vaughan with the following
Commissioners present: Carl D. England, Jr. and R. Finn Murphy. Vice Chair Sheila O'Brien Egan was
present via telephone.
Also present was Airport Manager Al Peterson and Janine Torres, Administrative Assistant to the Airport
Manager.
At 4:0 I PM it was M/SIP to convene into Executive Session to discuss litigation not to reconvene into
regular session by the following vote:
Chairman E. Foley Vaughan - Aye
Vice Chair Sheila O'Brien Egan - Aye
Commissioner- Carl D. England, Jr. - Aye
Commissioner R. Finn Murphy - Aye
