The meeting was opened at 4:35 p.m. by Chairman Charles Mayhew
with the following Commissioners present: Herb Cabral, Alexander
Craig and Jack Sullivan.
The Minutes of the November ~, 1987 meeting were unanimously
approved as written.
It was M/S/? to cancel the Airport Commission's employment
agreement with Clark B. McCurdy pursuant to the prOVlSlons of
paragraph 4(B), cancellation without cause.
It was M/S/P to accept the bid on the installation of the
automatic teller machine in the main terminal building, as
submi tted by the Nantucl<;:et Savini}" DRnl\:. Cc,mnissioner Craig
removed himself from all discussion and voting.
It was M/S/P to accept the propo:~, ab submitted by the
rent-a-car representatives, to li~;:d.11ta~Ln and nut dovm stone In the
"pit" area for their c(}:;: \';ashin~J pu:cposes.
The Commission discussed the pIar of the Electric Company to
install four auxiliary generating units on the parcel of land
that was swapped with them. The Commission unanimously agreed
that they would not get involved in the paving of the access
roadway nor cost sharing the road paving with our Airport
tenants.
Regarding the contribution towar~ the parking lot construction,
the Commission agreed to have the Chairman address a letter of
thanks to the Osceola Foundation.
Regarding the proposal from AAAE for airport liability insurance,
the Assistant Manager was requested to run it by our insurance
advisor for his recommendation.
Chairman Mayhew read correspondence from Hoyle, Tanner &
Associates regarding the providing of a figur~ for the next Town
Meeting Article on the terminal building rehabilitation.
After readin0 a letter of complaj,nt from Dale Waine regarding
parking tickets received, the Commi,ssion requested Mrs. Norris to
respond to his letter.

MEETING NOVEMBER 30J 1987 continued
Don Holdgate, Jr. requested a copy c~ the alternate parking spots
for tiedown holders, which will be sent to him.
It was M/S/P to send 2 letter of support to the Zoning Board of
Appeals on Mr. Brock's hangar project. Chn~rman Mayhew abstained
from voting.
Mr. Ronald Santos requested to expand the ramp in front of his
hangar. It was M/S/P to acce t the proposal to asphalt between
ten and fifteen feet in front of his hangar, which is Airporc
land.
