EMERGENCY MEETING
September 5, 1986
The meeting was opened at 4:30 p.m. by Chairman
Robert Allen with the following Commissioners
present: Norman Beach, Alexander Craig, Thomas
Giffin, and Charlie Mayhew. Also present were
E. Foley Vaughan, Town Counsel and Board of
Selectmen's Executive Secretary, Paul Bergendahl.
It was M/S/P to enter into Executive Session.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Due to the decision received from the Bureau of
Accounts not allowing the Airport to pay Mr.
Andrew H. Creglow his settlement, Town Counsel
advised the Commission that his recommendation was
to do nothing, at this time.
Considerable discussion ensued regarding alternative
methods of handling this situation and their ultimate
results. It was eventually agreed to have Attorney
Vaughan draft a letter to Mr. Creglow informing him
of the events that have taken place. This letter
will be reviewed by the Commission at their next
meeting on Wednesday, September 10, 1986.
At 5:30 p.m. it was M/S/P to return to regular
session in order to adjourn the meeting.
