EMERGENCY MEETING JUNE 16, 1986
The meeting was opened at 7:30 a.m. by Chairman Robert Allen
with the following Commissioners present: Norman Beach,
Alexander Craig, and Robert Epple. Mr. Kenneth Holdgate,
retiring Airport Manager, and Mr. Andrew Creglow, the new
Airport Manager, were also in attendance.
Discussion was held on the location of the exit gate of the
new parking lot and provisions for future exits. The parking
rates were accepted as follows:
LOT "A"
LOT "B"
Daily Rate - 50~ per ~ hour
Daily Maximum - $5.00
Grace Period - 1st ~ hour free
Monthly Rate - None
Yearly Rate - None
Daily Rate - 50~ per hour
Daily Maximum - $3.00
Grace Period - 1st hour free
Monthly Rate - $80.00
Yearly Rate - $700.00
It was unanimously agreed that card readers will be purchased
for the Old South Road entrance and the remote parking area,
in the pit. Vehicles using the lower lot will be trucks and
overflow rental cars. Bill Dawes will be requested to
follow up on procuring a parking lot attendants' booth. The
Commission agreed that proper signage on towing cars should
be erected and should also include information for persons
using the parking lot that registration plates must be left
on cars for identification.
The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, at 4:15
p.m., June 23, 1986.
