MEETING
OCTOBER 4, 1989
The Meeting was opened at 5:37 p.m. by Chairman Charles Mayhew
with the following Commissioners present: Alexander Craig and
E. Foley Vaughan.
Mr. Michael Dick, of the Massachusetts Film Office in Boston,
representing Paramount Studios in Hollywood, read correspondence
to the Commission regarding the proposed filming of the TV show
"Wings", which they would like to shoot the background for at the
Airport and base the story on Nantucket. It was M/S/P
unanimously to allow Paramount to film sometime in October, on
several different days, for a one-time fee of $2,500. Should
Paramount need to come back next season for additional filming,
it cannot be during the months of July or August, on holidays, or
extremely busy week ends, and an additional fee will be
negotiated.
Messrs. Robert Dennis and James Punderson attended the meeting to
support their request to change their present hangar lease from
both names to that of James Punderson, reflecting Robert Dennis
as a sublessee. This was M/S/P unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 5:46 p.m.
