Commissioner Santos informed the Commission of a breach in the
MCD permit governing the transport of fuel for NANTUCKET ELECTRIC
COMPANY to their Airport site. Manager Norris is to write the
Planning Board indicating the ELECTRIC COMPANY should be required
to participate in the paving the the Bunker Road.
Mr. B. R. Slocum, TRI AIR, wrote the Commission requesting rental
space in the main terminal area. Manager Norris reported that
Mr. Slocum had spoken with her several times during the day
(March 16) and that she had offered TRI AIR temporary space in
the baggage area of the terminal, as there is currently no
counter room available in the area Mr. Slocum desires. Mr.
Slocum did not appear before the Commission to discuss his
request further. Due to the rejection of the area offered and
the lack of space desired by Mr. Slocum, Manager Norris
recommended TRI AIR remain at their present location in the Tower
building. A motion was M/S/P to back Management's
recommendation.
Ernest W. Culkins, CULKINS WASTE OIL, INC., gave a lengthy
