Dear Mr. Coffin,
Now that an appeals board has been appointed,
I would like to apply for a variance in connection
with the single family dwelling that has been
approved for me on Millbrook Road. I would like to
ask for approval for a 24' by 28' garage.
Under the present zoning law I am allowed 1200
square feet of ground coverage; the approved house
covers 1008 square feet and the garage will cover
an additional 672 square feet. The Historic District
6ommission has already approved both plans, with and
without the garage.
I would appreciate being able to present my cas~
to the board on their first meeting, which will be
on the third Thursday of September. Thank you very
much for your time and consideration.
