NOTICE
A Public Hearing ofthe NANTUCKET ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS will be held at
1:00 P.M., FRIDAY, APRIL 2, 2004 in the Conference Roo~ Town Annex Building,
37 Washington Street, Nantucket, Massachusetts, on the Application of the following:
NORTH ATLANTIC DEVELOPMENT
BOARD OF APPEALS FILE NO. 020-04
Applicant is seeking relief by SPECIAL PERMIT under Nantucket Zoning By-
law Section 139-18 (Parking requirements). Applicant proposes to remove an existing
office building structure and construct a new conforming office building for Applicant's
construction business that would have about 2,485 square fee of commercial space.
Office use is allowed as a matter of right without zoning relief. There would be no
dwelling unit. Twelve parking spaces are required and Applicant would provide ten
conforming spaces. The Locus conforms to all other dimensional zoning requirements.
The Premises is located at 130 OLD SOUTH ROAD, Assessor's Map 69, Parcel
14, Land Court Plan 16514-31, Lot 574. The property is zoned Residential-Commercial-
