One notice stated that the Locus was in violation of Nantucket Zoning By-law Section 139-20.1.B(l) due to the existence of two curb cuts. Applicant states that both curb cuts pre-date the 1999 enactment of that particular section. The other notice denied a request for a building permit for work upon the Locus due to the two curb cuts and further alleges that a plumbing business was being operated from the property. Such a use is only permitted in your z.oning district under the title "Home Occupation," as described in ~ 139-7 of the LAming Code.
