'The :records Of the previous meetinE were 'read ,'and approved. 'Town 'Accountant Barrett ~present'ed treasury Warrant number fourtee and bills amounting to $10,365.36. It .was voted to waive the read ing of the warrant, .that the bills be approved and ordered paid. A complaint was r~eceiv'ed 'regarding a dog belonging to M~. 0Scar~ Egar, S~ratoga Street... It was,voted that the'Chief~of Police be instructed to i~o~ Mr. Egar that'the dog must b~ kept~ih ~e~ straint~o~0n a leash, 'that his'attention be called to the fact's ~e~lation published by order of this Board several months ago, ordering'~ll dogs be res. tra~De~, is. still in force. Mrs.~ Nancy Stratton entered "a Complaint that boys are using~ he~ property Fo~ a play ground and causing some damage. It was vote8 that the s~me be referred ~'to the' police department. . M'r. S. K~u~man requested that his co~'on'.'victu~ller's bee~ and w~ license be.transferred from V Pearl Street to 15 South Water St.. It was voted~ that the same take the c~rse prescribed by law.
