The Town Accountant~s{bmitted treasury warrant #3 showing a
expenditure of ~2,012.24 Voted that the bills be approved & paid
A letter was received from Sidney H.Ki~len representing ii.
K~llen & Sons requesting the withdrawal of their application for
the erection of a gasoline station with two pUmps,stating that
they Wished in no wsy to ~ntagonize the property holders in that
section known as Brant Point,and after listenin~ to the vehement
objections and to show all concerned that they,.~did~this in'~ood
fait~ they were withdrawing their a~Pplication for said permit.
