Howard Chisolm called the Board'~ attention 't° a serious
condition in the parking of cars at the corner of Easton-~eet
and Cliff Road'.It was voted that Supt.Tice be instructed to'view
the premises and correct this matte~.
Arthur Newcomb and Mt.Todd were present to request the
disturbing of Francis Street sO that a gas main Could be in~talle,
as'they were anxious to' connect their houses so that they could
be rented, as tenants were'expected to occupy them 'shortly. It was

Electric Co'.who had previously requested per~tssion t° disturbe

being subjected to loss Of sleep nightly through the operation of
