LeBaron Ray, Veteran's Benefits Agent, was present and
conferred with the Board.
Dr. Collins and l~Irs. George Burgess were present to pre-
sent a petition signed by 18 persons pr~>testing against the
nuisahce created at 'the Ocean House last'year and asking that
something be done about it.~ Chief ~t~[ooney was present relative
to the. above Protest. ~

!bid. He informed the Board that due to transportation
'difficulties he was unable to state when he would receive,~
