It was examined by Constable Lawrence
George E; Grime~s,'Edward P. Tlce, Ira We Appleton and
Wesley A. Fordyce and found to be'empty?qThe register
on the ballot box was set at 0000." The ballot box was
then locked'and the keys thereof turned'over
Lawrence F. Mooney, constable'in charge'. :-'::"'
Constable Mooney Presented the W~rrant for the'Stat
Primary.' The Warrant was read by the Town Clerk and at
9:00 A.M. the polls were d~clared open.
Voting started at once. ' ~ .
'At'5:55 P.M.'the Town Clerk announced that'the'polls
would close'in five minutes. At 6:00P.M. the polls'wer~
declared closed, The'register on the b~llot box was
then found to read 59.'' .~ ~ .
