The meeting was called to order by Chairman Soverino. Mem-
bors Present were Soverino, Glidden and Smith, they comprising
the pre'sent~board.
The Term Accountant was present with Warrant ~39 to the amount
of $3,845.03 was read and voted that the bill be paid. .....
The Board with deep regret received~the notice from Selectman
Henry B.'Coleman, of his resignation from the Board to join the
AEned Forces. EQTICE WAS ALSO RECEIVED FRoM THE TOV$~ CLERKf
It was voted that SelectmanHerbert P. Smith be appointed as sec-.
retary of the Board.
