The Meeting was called to order by the Chairman with all
Members present.-
The Town Accountant was present with Warrant #3V amoUnting
to $31V9.3V. The same was voted t° be paid as read.
A list of names was submitted to the Board for approval
from the hospital to be paid out of the $2500.00 appropriation.
The Meeting'of the Board of Trustees of the Barnstable
CoUnty Sanatorium has been changed~to september 19, 1942 at
11:00 AM.
A communication was received from Dr. Cochran relative to
the scr~p metal collection. (see ~xt page).
A commUnication was received fr°m Miss Henry relative to
transportation for employees.
Voted to Send a letter to Dr. Cochran to the effect that
Mr. Tice was appointed Chairman for the collection of scrap
metal. - Dr.~' Oochran was appointed a Chairman Of a Committee
to make a survey, areas of deposits, etc.
Mr.'Samuei~Burchell was before the Board relative to
having a coil placed in the furnace, at a cost of about $50.00.
It was so voted.
Mr. Ge0~ge RObert Grimes met with
loss of two cows; tabled for one month.
