The Town Accountant was present, with Warrant ~25 ~ a~.~ounting
to i~8,1V9.07, the same was voted to be paid as read.
A letter was received from Clement Reynolds thanking the
Board for their cooperation on the special issue of the Inquirer
and Lzrror.
Notice was received from the Selective Service Board stating
that Wilson Cash had been deferred tmtil December 16, 1942.
The application of Gordon Folser for a renewal of his Inn-
hold. er~s License was granted.
The aoo]~cation of Carl Stig for the renewal of his Common
Victualler's License was granted.
The Ocean House's Common Victualler's License renewal was
granted.
The Gordon },!otor Company was granted permission to transfer
their license to So. Beach Street.

of 'Town Treasurer was received from Mr. Backus.
Approval from the ABC was received for a Restaurant'All
Alcoholic Beverage License to Clement H. Reynolds DBA 01d Sconset
Inn and for Elieabeth Ludwig for an Innholder~s All Alcoholic
Beverage License.

drink license for the beach, and Frank Sylvia made application-
to build an entrance step into his antique shop at lower Nain St

The monthly report was received From the Bureau of 01d Age
Assistance and Aid to Dependent Children.
A cOmplaint'was received from H. Sand complaining about the
signs on Hulburt Avenue designating streets from Hulburt Avenue
to the water.
John Gibbs called attention to the Board for a position on

Gwendolyn L. Gouinn was granted an Innholder's License for
Neosha Cottage and D~uaamite.
The matter of fees for summer shops was discussed at some
length. It was voted to have the Tovm Counsel render a decision
as to the legality of raising the fees and report at the next
meeting.
Huram ~acy was ~anted per~ission to erect a staging in front
of the house of Nfs. Preston swain, Fair Street to make repairs.
